1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fablette ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Fablette is a mobile application that provides children's stories with audio narration and AI-personalized story generation. The App is intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Fablette offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription with additional features including unlimited story generation and multiple child profiles.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their Standard EULA.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Use the App to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for children.

6. AI-Generated Content

Stories generated by the App use artificial intelligence. While we strive to produce age-appropriate content, AI-generated stories may occasionally contain unexpected phrasing or content. Parents and guardians should review generated stories as they see fit. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, and pre-made content, is the property of the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Stories generated by the App using your child's profile are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time directly from the App by navigating to Profile > Delete Account. Upon deletion:

• Your account and personal information will be permanently removed.
• All child profiles, favorites, and generation history will be deleted.
• Stories you generated will remain in our system but will no longer be linked to your account.
• Any active subscription will not be automatically cancelled. You must cancel your subscription separately through your App Store account settings.

Account deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
